Mens & Accessories
We want you to find pleasure in our products and hope you find another style for exchange. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included. Returned items must not be washed, worn, or altered.
All returns / exchanges must be returned back to the LUSSIER studio within 14 days from the day the return / exchange was approved.  
Return/exchange request is subject to approval. Please send an email to:  sales@lussiertoronto.com within 5 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return.
Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer, please provide a tracking number and courier for your returned item. The shipping costs for returning your item are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The responsibility of the returned item remains the customer's responsibility until it is received by LUSSIER Design.
A refund / exchange of the product will be issued upon receipt and approved evaluation. If it is determined the item has been worn, washed, or altered a refund / exchange will not be issued.
